The Situation

This agency had no problem attracting clients, business was growing fast. But the internal systems couldn’t keep up. The Work

Mapped the entire delivery process from intake to completion. Identified breakdowns in handoffs, ownership, and scope tracking. Built a streamlined workflow to align the team and reduce reliance on the owner. Introduced a simple agile framework to increase team accountability. Onboarded the team into a central system inside Notion and supported adoption over 30–45 days

What Changed
